Budget Inn - Pasadena

Unnecessary early check-in fees amuse me!!! The unkempt carpets in the rooms are quite off-putting, not to mention the administrative oversights regarding housekeeping!!! A little effort could greatly improve the guest experience!!!

Booked a king room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. The price was US$ 74. The staff were courteous, marvellous and favourable location in the middle of jackson.

Loved the clean bathroom and bed! Free Wi-Fi and great parking too.

it was truly a really great stay for quick business trip, the hotel exceeded high expectations. we stayed in a clean and cozy room, and truly enjoyed it. great location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Clean bathroom and bed really helped me relax after a long day. The owners were very attentive, checking if I needed room service and that was a nice touch.

Had a blast with friends! We could easily swing by iT' Z Family Food & Fun and other fun spots nearby. The amenities, and the price was totally reasonable. Would definitely recommend heading here if you're with friends and looking to unwind a bit.

One downside was that the staff was a bit unfriendly when we needed help with sheets and didn't respond quickly. It felt frustrating at times and put a damper on an otherwise fun trip.

Upon asking for clean sheets, we faced unhelpfulness from staff, only receiving them after much insistence. The room's carpet had visible dirt, raising concerns about cleanliness. While the location allows easy access to nearby food, the high rate of $55 per night feels unjustified considering the lack of basic cleanliness and service.

I loved lounging by the pool and checking out the cozy little barbeque grills they had set up for guests. It was nice to kick back and watch some TV in the lobby whenever I wanted a break. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it for a chill stay! 😊
